Things seem to have settled down between Israel and Syria. Twitter is back to normal and no indications that Israel is conducting further air operations against Syria. This may be due in part to Israeli Prime Minister Netanyahu flying to China for a summit with Chinese leadership. Meanwhile Syria and Iran are making noises and motions but at this moment it does not appear either nation is ready to retaliate but most experts expect some sort of response in the near future probably utilizing Hezbollah terror assets abroad. Syrian Diplomat Says:

Israeli Air Strikes are a "Declaration of War"

In an interview with CNN TV News, Syria's Deputy Foreign Minister Faisal al Mekdad characterized Israel's air strikes on Syria as a "declaration of war." He warned that Syria would would retaliate in its own time and way.

Syria Develops Doomsday Weapon?

Various intelligence as speculating as to whether or not Syria might retaliate against Israel by using a retro-fitted MIG-21 fighter jet that has been turned into an unmanned drone capable of delivery a chemical or biological weapons attack. It is believed that Russian engineers assisted Syria with the developmental upgrade.

Lebanese TV Reports On
Syrian Targets Struck By Israel

Lebanon's Al-Manar TV reported Sunday morning that the Israeli attack hit weapons and ammunition warehouses and air defense centers. The Hezbollah backed news channel said that the research institute was not damaged, but that a logistics warehouse belonging to the Syrian military was hit.
