Rumors:
US To Invade Libya in October?
Special Forces Insertion for July?
According to radio talk-show host, Alex Jones, the United States military is preparing for a ground invasion of Libya in October, using about 30,000 U.S. troops.
The radio host's website, "Infowars" reports that elements of the 1st Cavalry Division (heavy armor) and III Corps will be deployed to Libya in late October or early November.
All of this information was reportedly supplied to Jones by soldiers from Fort Hood, Texas in both emails and phone calls to his radio show. Jones also claims a British source confirming that US Army Rangers are already in Libya.
Ordinarily, The A-O Report would heavily discount such rumors but Jones is providing compelling information at the same time that we are hearing reports from the recent Bilderberg Conference that the "powers-that-be" are wanting the Libyan situation to develop into a full-scale regional war that could blossom into a world war.
We recommend you listen to this YouTube audio report recording from the Alex Jones Radio Show. It is short and less than 4 minutes in length.
You can get follow up information from the Jones website - LINK HERE and UPDATE LINK HERE. Jones asserts that ground troops invading Syria will be the follow up to the Libyan operation.
Meanwhile, Congressional leaders are seeking to reign in Obama's plans for Libya, by forcing the President to abide by the War Powers Act. See additional articles on this aspect.

Iran Sends Submarines to Red Sea
An Iranian news agency reported that Iranian sumbarines and surface naval vessels including a naval destroyer, were headed to the Red Sea.
The news release failed to identify which type of submarine class or classes had been dispatched. Iran has 3 old, Soviet-era "Kilo" class "attack" submarines that have been refitted to fire small cruise missiles as well as modern-day torpedoes. The submarines do not have the capability to fire ICBM missiles and the submarine propulsion is conventional and not nuclear.
Iran also has smaller, WW2 era It is believed to be the first time Iranian submarines of any type have ever ventured into the Red Sea. For more details,
