UN Considers Regulating the Internet

In the wake of American talk of regulating the internet, and the scandal of Wikileaks, the UN is now contemplating whether or not to take action to regulate the worldwide web. The UN is looking at the idea of establishing an inter-governmental working group that would unify and harmonize global efforts by nations to regulate and censor the internet.
