A British Petroleum company oil rig blew up last week, triggering a massive environmental disaster that some are calling an environmental equivalent of Hurricane Katrina. The explosion of the oil rig ripped open an oil well hole allowing 5,000 barrels of oil to escape into the ocean every single day. There is no easy fix and it could be months before the oil flow is able to be capped off. Some rumors are surfacing that this was no accident. Rumors abound that it was an act of sabotage, terrorism or a clandestine act of war by either North Korea or Iran.

There have been a number of rumors floating around that the oil rig explosion off the coast of Louisiana was caused by either terrorists or a clandestine operation by Iran and or North Korea.
