9-11 Suspects Face Trial
In New York City
Five suspects in the 9-11 terror attacks will face trial with the Federal civilian court system in New York City. One of the most infamous suspects, Khalid Shaikh Mohammed, the self-described mastermind of the 9-11 attackes, will be among the five transfered from Guantanomo Bay prison to a holding facility in the United States.
US Attorney General, Eric Holder announced that he would instruct federal prosecutors to seek death sentences for all five suspects, accused of being co-conspirators in the infamous attacks. All five would be tried in a single trial.
Critics of this move, warn that such a move could lead to various negative outcomes including the possibility of triggering new, retaliatory, terror attacks as well as turning world opinion against the U.S. Critics contend that a better move would be to try the five in a military tribunal that gives wider latittude and less public scrutiny, plus greater security.

Global Climate Treaty Vote Delayed
Amid continued wrangling over which country must do this or that, the ongoing negotiations have reached an impasse that is not likely to be broken before next month's scheduled global warming summit. The goal was to have all the details worked out in advance of the summit, but with continuing disputes over the details, and legal technicalities, world leaders have realized that there will be no final agreements concluded by the end of November. Consequently, world leaders agreed this past weekend to delay the final agreements that were originally scheduled for signature in Copenhagen next month. Instead, leaders hope to reach a settlement sometime in 2010, although there is some doubt that any compromise can be reached even then.
According to those show keep close tabs on the New World Order's plot for world government, the Global Warming Treaty is supposed to be the mechanism for initiating a global governing structure that eventually becomes a new 1-World government. For more details on this story, LINK HERE.

Globe May Not Be Big Enough
The Washington Post states that the New World Order came into being at 4:25 pm on Tuesday, 11/10/09. The Post says it arrived at the nation's Capitol in the form of Ban Ki-moon, the UN Secretary-General.
Before meeting with Sentors, the UN leader told reporters: "I would certainly expect the Senate to take the necessary action; that's what I have encouraged the senators." Ban Ki-moon came to the Senate to remind Senators of a "legally binding" commitment to "25 to 40 percent greenhouse gas reduction...as recommended by the IPCC, the Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change."
Even before he stormed the Capitol, Fox News was drawing a connection between global warming talks in Copenhagen next month and One World Government.
"America, if you believe this country is great but you're not really into that whole One World Government thing, watch out," Fox News Channel's Beck warned a couple of weeks ago. His guest, Lord Christopher Monckton of Britain, told Beck that "at Copenhagen, a treaty will be signed that will, for the first time, create a world government with powers to intervene directly in the economy and in the environmental affairs of individual nations." Earlier on Fox News, Dick Morris informed Hannity that President Obama "believes in One World Government." And author Jerome Corsi went on Hannity's show to warn about a One World Government in which "our sovereignty would be subject to the dictates" of the United Nations and other international organizations.
The One World Government was on open display at the Capitol on Tuesday, as international U.N. staffers waited outside the room where Ban spoke to the senators. The secretary general had come with his own world government (armed?) security detail, who stood alongside the Capitol police.
Ban, wearing a gold U.N. lapel pin, unfolded his speech. "Less than a month from now, the leaders of the world will gather in Copenhagen," he said. "They must conclude a robust global agreement," that is "comprehensive, binding, equitable and fair."

Churches Coming Under IRS
Scrutiny for Opposing Homsexuality
"Signs of Things To Come"
The homosexuality community is filing complaints with the IRS against churches which openly oppose homosexuality as a matter of Biblical doctrine. The complaints request the IRS to investigate and remove tax-exempt status for churches which openly oppose the homosexual agenda, particularly, same-sex marriage.
At the moment, churches in the state of Maine that opposed a same-sex marriage referendum are being targeted with complaints filed to the IRS for violation of US tax codes involving political associations.
Homosexual advocates are complaining to the IRS regarding any church that involves lobbying.
In a filed complaint part of the accusation states: "a substantial part of its activities is attempting to influence legislation (commonly known as lobbying)."

The clock is ticking on farmers like the Pierce brothers all across the Midwest as they scramble to bring in the largest U.S. soybean crop on record and the second-largest corn crop before winter arrives.
Late-maturing crops and persistent rain throughout October halted fieldwork, making this the slowest start for the U.S. harvest since the 1970s. The delays -- and questions about crop quality -- have kept Chicago Board of Trade grain markets on the boil.
"Just look at the price of corn from October to now. The delayed harvest has had a bullish impact on prices," said Terry Reilly, an agricultural analyst with Citigroup.
CBOT corn futures are up about 15 percent since October 1. CBOT soybeans, already supported by strong export demand from China, are up about 7 percent.
On Thursday, fresh concerns about mold in the corn crop helped bolster prices for CBOT soymeal, an alternative ingredient to corn in livestock feed rations.
The United States produces 40 percent of the global corn crop and 35 percent of all soybeans, and is the leading exporter of both commodities.
In a normal year, farmers would be nearly finished harvesting the two primary crops, which help feed people across the globe, from Europe to Asia to Africa.
By November 1, U.S. farmers had brought in only half the soybean crop and one-quarter of the corn, well below the five-year averages of 87 percent and 71 percent, respectively.
Because of the late harvest, some analysts say the true size of the U.S. corn and soybean crops might not be known until well into 2010 -- possibly even after the USDA issues its "final" production numbers in January.
"This is the latest harvest we've had in a very long time, so there are lots of questions out there that we would not have normally," said Patrick Westhoff, co-director of the Food and Agricultural Policy Research Institute at the University of Missouri.

Lou Dobbs Quits CNN
CNN's controversial and conservative news anchor, Lou Dobbs announced last Wednesday that he was leaving CNN, effective immediately. Dobbs hosted a daily, one-hour news slot, focusing primarily on business but in the last two years his program spotlighted illegal immigration, unbalanced foreign trade and America's dwindling manufacturing industries. His veiws were something of an embarrassment for the nominally, liberal CNN news channel.
