A former CIA operative working in the Iranian Revolutionary Guards has gone public with the revelation that Iran has a well-developed biological weapons program with 8 different weapon's agents available for use against the United States, Israel and or other Western nations.

According to the former CIA spy, Iranian scientists, working under orders from the radicals running the Islamic regime, have genetically altered microbial agents in a nightmarish scheme to bring the West to its knees. It's not just Iranian scientists though. Russian scientists have also been working with the Iranians to develop bio-weapons that can bring the West to its knees. Prophecy watchers should keep in mind that such a program may well be a part of the end-times judgment upon Babylon, the Great as described by Jeremiah, particularly in chapter 51.

Jeremiah describes God sending a "destroying wind" along with a description of "fanners" or "winnowers" who are foreigners in Babylon. Their actions result in an emptying of the land of Babylon.

In verse 11 and later in verses 27 and 28 we see the mention of tribes being involved in the Babylon judgment. These tribes were located in what is now present-day Iran.

An Iranian bio-weapons attack on America could easily be carried out by a network of sleeper-cell terror agents sequestered within the USA for years as well as agents recently pouring across the Mexican border. Not only might Iranian agents be involved, but also Hezbollah and Hamas terror cells residing in the U.S. might also be involved in such an attack.

The Alpha-Omega Report is working to prepare a new, textual studies analysis of Jeremiah's prophecies in chapter 51 which may well be describing a biological weapons attack that decimates the population of the United States or perhaps even the entire Western Hemisphere, prompting a Divine-oriented "fire" judgment to cleanse the land of toxic leftovers of a massive biological attack.

If our analysis and interpretation is indeed correct, there are profound implications for the future of the Church in America, including various views on the timing of the Rapture, particularly mid-trib, pre-wrath and post-trib rapture positions. Why?

Because a biological attack on Babylon-America precedes the Divinely commanded "one hour" fire judgment upon Babylon, which just happens to take place during the "one hour" meeting of the 10 Horns who vote power to the "Beast" (Antichrist). This means that the judgment upon Babylon is a Pre-Tribulation event. It means America is destroyed at the same time the Antichrist comes to power. It means that Christians living in America, and perhaps the entire Western Hemisphere could be dead before the Tribulation gets underway.

This means, any Christians who believe in a pre-wrath, mid-trib or post-trib rapture are destined for death even before the Tribulation begins. There is almost no place available for "GENTILE" believers to flee to for safety, only Israel. Israel will only accept Jews. Jeremiah's description indicates no one is left alive in Babylon-America but the toxic weapons may not be confined to America's borders. The bio-weapons will likely spread to Canada, Mexico and the rest of Latin America. There will likely be no safe haven in the Western Hemisphere. Europe, Asia, Africa and probably Australia will survive, but Iran is reportedly planning attacks in Europe also.

The only possible hope, believers have, is that the rapture of the Church is a "Pre-Tribulation" event just in advance of the destruction of Babylon-America. We do believe this is the case and we point to Revelation 18: 4 as textual evidence. This verse is written in Greek in the imperative mood, or what is also known to Greek grammarians as the "mood of command." Verse 4, as written in the Greek is indeed the "shout of command," which the Apostle Paul describes in Ist Thessalonians 4:16-17, which is Paul's description of the Rapture which he indicates is a "shout of command."

The sequence of the verses in Revelation 17 and 18 are not in absolute chronological order. In God's timeline, Revelation 17 and 18 are nearly simultaneous with the exception of the end of chapter 18, which describes a second judgment - a water judgment occuring just before the Second Coming of Christ. So, we see in Chapter 18 that the verse sequence begins before the actual first judgment, the "one hour" fire judgment described later in Chapter 18. In Chapter 18:4, we see the 'shout of command' of the Rapture and the Church being pulled "up and out" as the actual Greek verbs stipulate. "You, Come Up and Out of her, My People." The Greek rules of grammar indicate the command is for the listeners to come towards the speaker issuing the command. The location of the speaker is "in the heavens." Thus, we must understand this verse to be describing the Rapture, much as Paul described it in Ist Thessalonians 4: 16-17.

After Revelation 18: 4, we have God announcing the Divine Decree of Judgment upon Babylon in verse 6. This helps us to place the timing of the one-hour fire judgment as coming after rapture in verse 4. Thus, we have a Pre-Tribulation Rapture event unfolding just before the destruction of America from a biological warfare attack followed closely by the fire judgment.

If our interpretation of the Rapture passage is incorrect and there is no Pre-Trib rapture, then the entire Church in America (and probably the Western Hemisphere) faces death even before the Tribulation begins. Now perhaps you can understand the profound implications of Jeremiah's prophecies in light of news concerning Iran's biological weapons program and plans for their use against the West.

Almost four years after President Obama tried to engage the radical leaders of Iran, it is too late to stop the Islamic regime from acquiring nuclear weapons.

Now we have a more immediate crisis to worry about: a biological attack on the United States, which Iran is preparing.

A highly credible source within the supreme leader’s office has said the regime is actively working on its nuclear bomb program from three secret sites besides those already known to the International Atomic Energy Agency, and it has enough weaponized-grade uranium and, through North Korea, plutonium, for three nuclear bombs. It also has produced several extremely dangerous viral and bacterial weapons.

As of several months ago, the regime was working on arming its missiles with nuclear warheads. It has armed 37 ballistic missiles and many cluster bombs with microbial weapons.

The Kuwaiti newspaper Alrai last week reported that Mr. Obama has stated his willingness to travel to Iran and meet with the supreme leader, Ayatollah Ali Khamenei, to open the doors of America and the West to Iran and recognize its role in the region if the Iranians would agree to a negotiated solution over their nuclear program.

While Mr. Obama pushed his agenda, Russia and North Korea helped the regime with its nuclear and biological programs. With more than 1,000 ballistic missiles in the nation’s inventory, the radicals ruling Iran are able to target not only Israel and all U.S. bases in the Middle East, but also capitals in Europe. Iran soon will have the capability, with North Korea’s help, to target any point on the planet as it completes its intercontinental ballistic missile program. That was underscored recently by North Korea’s successful test of a three-stage rocket, showing its ability to build an ICBM.

The lure of negotiations gave the Islamic regime exactly what it was looking for — time — something that still haunts the West as it pushes for further dialogue, knowing full well that Iran indeed has crossed the red line. Yet, weary of war, the West has allowed a much more dangerous situation to take place in which any confrontation now will be much more devastating than before.

The source also provided valuable information on terrorist teams that have infiltrated America, France and Germany, getting ready for attacks on the scale of Sept. 11, 2001, if not greater, should the West further increase sanctions or gear up for confrontation with Iran over its illicit nuclear program.

The information, which has been passed on to U.S. officials, is being taken seriously, and it is clear that there is a good understanding of the threat Iran poses to America and world stability.

What makes it worse is that Hezbollah, Islamic Jihad and other terrorist proxies of the Iranian government have been armed with microbial weapons. Chemical and microbial weapons have been transferred to Iran’s proxies in the region. However, Iranian scientists, with the help of Russia, are working on 18 biological agents and already have developed several, including anthrax, encephalitis, SARS, Ebola, cholera, smallpox and the plague.

Most disturbing, though, is that with the help of North Korea, Iran has managed to genetically alter smallpox so Western vaccines will be worthless against it. Iran is working out of several sites on projects to make insects the carriers of diseases such as the plague, the “Black Death” that killed one-third of Europe’s population during the Middle Ages.

The regime also knows that once its medium-range ballistic missiles and ICBMs armed with nuclear warheads are operational, the U.S. deterrent umbrella in the region will be undermined, as America itself could become a target.

More important, Iran will become the domino player in the stability of the Strait of Hormuz, through which more than 20 percent of the world’s petroleum passes. Knowing quite well that a full-blown war and a nuclear exchange in the oil-rich region could collapse the global economy, sending the world into the greatest depression it has seen, the world will become hostage to the goals of the radicals ruling Iran, who already are threatening the existence of Israel and inciting rebellion against U.S.-friendly governments in the region. Moreover, Iran has terror cells on the world stage, with a big presence in Africa and Latin America, that threaten the stability of Western countries.

In recent days, the media of the Islamic regime have been celebrating the probable new appointees in Mr. Obama’s second term, calling John F. Kerry and Chuck Hagel Iran-friendly and stating that the president will continue his policy of dialogue rather than confrontation with Iran.

My friend Reza Kahlili reports that the Iranians have developed some new biological weapons they plan to use against us at the appropriate moment.  You’ll recall that Reza was an officer in the Revolutionary Guards Corps, where he worked as a CIA agent.  I always take his work seriously, and you should too.

No form of WMD frightens me as much as biologicals.  Germs exist, epidemics can kill a lot of people, and there are ways to spread them.  The Soviets worked very hard on such weapons, especially on anthrax, and according to Reza’s source, the Russians, along with those ghoulish North Koreans, have been helping Iran prepare its biological arsenal.

Yes, I think there should be hearings.  And yes, if the information is accurate, I believe that action should be taken against the labs and stockpiles.

I have only one quibble with the story as Reza’s source tells it.  He talks about various high-tech ways of spreading plague, etcetera.  Those methods range from infecting insects to spraying the stuff on us from the air.  Maybe they are preparing those things.  But there’s an easier way:  infect a few people, and let them wander around crowded areas like airports, movie theaters, subway stations and trains, and the like.  A few coughs and sneezes, and voila!

It’s a proven method.  The Spaniards did it to the Neapolitans in the 17th century and wiped out half the population of Naples.  You can read about it here.
